Hammer Price is a service (“Service”) that allows individuals to follow multiple live auctions in real-time. Hammer Price is created and distributed by Live Auction Results, LLC (“Live Auction Results”). At Live Auction Results, we respect your right to privacy and we understand that users of this application (“App”) and visitors to our website located at http://hammerpricelive.com (“Site”) need to control their personal information. The privacy policy below describes how we collect, use, and protect information from our users.

What information does Live Auction Results receive and how do we use it?

Who has access to my information?

We do not share Personally Identifiable Information with other companies (apart from those acting as our agents in providing our service to you, who agree to use it only for that purpose), except as necessary to fulfill a transaction you have requested, or unless you otherwise give us permission to do so. What about children’s information?

Neither our App nor our Site is directed to children under the age of 13. We assume users of our App or visitors to our Site are adults or minors supervised by a parent or guardian.
